Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Lucknow. The Store Manager will manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and effective employee management. Responsibilities include managing inventory, ensuring retail loss prevention, maintaining store cleanliness, and implementing store policies. The Store Manager will interface with customers to address inquiries and issues, optimize store layout and display, and oversee store personnel for optimal performance.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication
  • Experience in Store Management
  • Knowledge and application of Retail Loss Prevention
  • Leadership and team management abilities
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Previous retail experience is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
