Ajanta Shoes, a 69-year-old footwear giant, is trusted widely in the industry with a network of around 1000 dealers and sub-dealers across India, and 20,000 retailers nationwide. Committed to sustainable development, Ajanta Shoes inaugurated a 645 Kilo Watt Rooftop Solar Power Plant at their Jangalpur manufacturing unit in 2022.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Lucknow. The Store Manager will oversee the daily operations of the store, ensure customer satisfaction, manage staff, handle customer service, and prevent retail loss. The Store Manager will also be responsible for maintaining inventory, coordinating with the central office, and ensuring the store meets its sales targets.

  • Proven leadership abilities and team management skills
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
  • Previous experience in retail management is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
