Roles and Responsibilities:-

 Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.

 Drive sales performance by motivating and mentoring the store team.

 Deliver exceptional customer service in line with Duroflex's brand promise.

 Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with backend teams for stock planning.

 Ensure visual merchandising standards and brand guidelines are maintained.

 Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve store performance.

 Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations efficiently.

 Train and develop store staff to maintain high levels of service and product

knowledge.
