Role Summary:

We are seeking a versatile and adaptable Research and Social Media Executive to play a key role within our organization. This dynamic position involves managing social media, conducting business research, testing products, providing reviews, and supporting administrative tasks, including minute-taking during meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management:  Create and execute high-impact campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
  • Business Research:  Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitors, brands, suppliers, and products to inform strategic decisions.
  • Analytics:  Analyze social media performance and audience behavior using analytics tools to optimize strategies.
  • Content Creation:  Develop compelling content tailored for various platforms and audiences.
  • Collaboration:  Work closely with the team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
  • Reporting:  Gather and compile research findings into insightful reports to inform stakeholders about performance and strategic direction.
  • Presentation Design:  Create visually appealing presentations to communicate research findings effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in social media management and Google Search/Display advertising.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills (fluent in English).
  • Creative thinker with a flair for content creation and design.
  • Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Based in Mumbai with the ability to travel (passport required).
