Key Responsibilities:

- Social Media Management: Manage and monitor the company’s social media accounts across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community around the brand.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze social media campaigns that align with marketing goals, including promotions, product launches, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key social media metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions), providing regular reports and insights to inform strategy and optimize performance.
- Trends & Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, implementing new strategies to improve performance and reach.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure a cohesive brand voice and consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Advertising: Assist in the creation and management of paid social media campaigns, optimizing for performance and ROI.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all content is aligned with the company’s brand guidelines, tone of voice, and overall marketing strategy.
- Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Creative thinking with the ability to generate fresh ideas and concepts.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing trends and platform updates.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related role. A strong portfolio or examples of previous social media work is preferred.
