  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze social media campaigns that align with marketing goals, including promotions, product launches, and brand awareness initiatives.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key social media metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions), providing regular reports and insights to inform strategy and optimize performance.
  • Trends & Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, implementing new strategies to improve performance and reach.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure a cohesive brand voice and consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Advertising: Assist in the creation and management of paid social media campaigns, optimizing for performance and ROI.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all content is aligned with the company’s brand guidelines, tone of voice, and overall marketing strategy.



  • Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Creative thinking with the ability to generate fresh ideas and concepts.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  •  Ability to quickly adapt to changing trends and platform updates.
  •  Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.



Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related role. A strong portfolio or examples of previous social media work is preferred.
  • Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
