Position Overview:Coceptual Media is looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Executive for a 2.5-month project. The candidate will manage and execute social media campaigns, create content, and drive engagement across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in social media management, with a strong understanding of audience engagement and content strategy.

Key Responsibilities:Manage and execute daily social media activities, including content creation, posting, and audience interaction.Develop engaging, creative, and high-quality content (images, videos, posts) tailored to each platform (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).Monitor social media trends, key influencers, and emerging platforms to identify growth opportunities.Analyze and report on social media metrics, providing insights into engagement, reach, and campaign performance.Respond to comments, messages, and user interactions in a timely and professional manner to foster community engagement.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that social media activities align with overall marketing strategies and objectives.Assist in planning and implementing paid social media campaigns to increase reach and engagement.Stay updated with changes in social media algorithms, tools, and trends to continuously improve content performance.

Qualifications:Language Proficiency: Marathi

is essential.Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and audience engagement.Proven ability to create engaging content for social media platforms, including writing captions and developing visuals.Strong understanding of platform-specific content strategies (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).Proficiency with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) and analytics platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write engaging copy.Strong creative thinking skills with an eye for design and branding.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:- Experience in political or issue-based campaigns is a plus.

2.5 months (contract-based).
