JobOverview: We are seeking ahighly skilled Solution Architect to join our team to provideexpert technical guidance in the development of connectivitysolutions and network security products. As a Solution Architectyou will be responsible for working closely with our salesengineering and product development teams to provide technicalinsights and design comprehensive solutions for our customers thatmeet their business needs.Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the salesteam to identify and qualify new business opportunities conductcustomer needs assessments and propose appropriate technicalsolutions. Develop technical solutions thatmeet customer requirements and conduct technical presentations anddemonstrations of our products and services to customers. Design highlevel and detailed networkdiagrams for customer projects and contribute to the design ofnetwork infrastructure and connectivity solutions. Provide technical leadership and directionto project teams and collaborate with crossfunctional teams toensure project success. Collaborate with theproduct development team to translate customer requirements intoproduct features and provide feedback on new product features andenhancements. Keep uptodate with industrytrends and emerging technologies and provide input on how thesecould be incorporated into our products and services. Provide presales and postsales technicalsupport to customers to ensure their satisfaction with our productsand services. Develop and maintainrelationships with key customerstakeholders.Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science InformationTechnology Telecommunications or related fields. A Masters degreeis a plus. 5 years of experience in atechnical sales role with a focus on network connectivity solutionsand network security products in the Telecom industry. &Voice Services like Unified Communication (UCaaS) or CPaaSSolutions Demonstrated experience indesigning complex network infrastructure and connectivity solutionsat the enterprise level. Indepth knowledgeof routing and switching protocols network security and networkmanagement technologies. Proficient indesigning solutions across multiple platforms including cloudonpremise and hybrid. Strong technicalleadership and project management skills. Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills withthe ability to communicate highly complex technical subjects andsolutions in a concise and clear manner. Proven experience working with crossfunctional teams in a fastpacedand dynamic environment. Selfdrivenresultsoriented and able to work with minimalsupervision.
