Job Title: Civil Architect

Industry: Telecom/Datacentre

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Civil Architect to join our team in the telecom/datacentre industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and overseeing the implementation of civil infrastructure projects to support telecom and datacentre facilities.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.Design civil infrastructure solutions for telecom and datacentre facilities, including site layout, foundation design, and structural components.Prepare architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software.Conduct site surveys and assessments to evaluate site conditions and feasibility of proposed designs.Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with project requirements and local regulations.Provide technical expertise and support during the construction phase, including review of construction drawings and materials.Monitor construction progress and quality to ensure adherence to design specifications and standards.Conduct regular site inspections and address any design or construction issues that may arise.Collaborate with internal teams, such as project management and engineering, to ensure seamless project execution.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in civil architecture and construction.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering, Architecture , or related field. Master's degree preferred.Proven experience working as a Civil Architect or in a similar role within the telecom/datacentre industry.Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices, including structural design and construction techniques.Proficiency in CAD software for architectural design and drafting.Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.Experience with project management software and tools is a plus.Relevant certifications or licensure (e.g., Registered Architect, Professional Engineer) are desirable.
