Job Description:

Supervising daily housekeeping operations and ensuring compliance with all policies, standards, and procedures act as liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Laundry and Front Office.Working effectively with Engineering to ensure product upkeep and upliftment.Monitoring and developing team members by providing supervision, scheduling, conducting counselling evaluate and deliver recognitions and rewardMonitoring, compilation and requisitioning of periodic inventories for fixed assets and operational supplies.Staff roster and allocation management in accordance with business demands, ensuring exceptional customer serviceResponsible for effective customer relations within in-house guests in different locations.Understand the impact of department’s operations on the overall property financial goals and objectives and manage to achieve or exceed budgeted goals.Recruit, interview, and train new team members.Observe service behaviors of employees, provide feedback to individuals and participate in the employee performance appraisal process.Ensuring availability of resources for smooth operations.Cafeteria/ Canteen Management
