A Guest Relation Executive (GRE) is a customer service role that involves welcoming guests, addressing their needs, and providing assistance. Some responsibilities of a GRE include:

- Welcoming guests: Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a personalized experience
- Providing information: Offer information about amenities, services, and local attractions
- Assisting guests: Help with tasks like confirming travel arrangements, taking messages, and handling keys
- Handling complaints: Address guest complaints and escalate to the Guest Relations Manager when needed
- Maintaining records: Record information in a logbook daily
- Ensuring compliance: Ensure compliance with health and quality standards
- Building relationships: Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
- Coordinating with housekeeping: Coordinate with housekeeping for room clearing

GREs should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be proactive in their interactions with guests.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
