About the Job

Key responsibilities:

  1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and phone calls.
  2. Handle order-related queries, including size assistance, order tracking, exchanges, returns, and custom requests.
  3. Build relationships with customers to increase brand loyalty and repeat purchases.
  4. Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups using internal tools.
  5. Gather and relay customer feedback to marketing, product, and operations teams.
  6. Assist in post-sale engagement such as feedback collection, review follow-ups, and VIP customer care.
  7. Help with managing queries during sales events, product launches, and exhibitions.
  8. Collaborate with the warehouse, logistics, and design teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
