Responsibilities
Social Media and Content Strategy
Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
Create and manage link building strategies, content marketing strategies, and social ü media presences: monitor and analyze content success
Collaborate with internal teams to create advertisements, land pages and optimize user experience
Brand Management
Undertake campaigns for brand visibility and brand building
Focus on brand related ATL strategies
Digital Strategy
Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns
Provide internal reports on a regular basis
Execute new and creative collaborations among technologies and platforms
Reports and Analysis
Implement and analyze performance metrics.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assessments against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Identify critical conversion points and drop off points and optimize campaigns.
New Trends and Collaborations
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing. Innovate and present new marketing platforms and strategies
Evaluate emerging technologies.
Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information
Contact, interview, and hire third party graphic designers, web designers, and videographers to create unique and engaging content (as and when required
Team Management
Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Develop and manage projects and team members, including delegating tasks, reviewing team member work, adhering closely to deadlines and to budget, developing and revising ideas, and implementing projects
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
Qualifications & Experience
MBA in marketing or a related field, with 10-12 years of experience in Digital marketing field
Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within industry
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Experience in optimizing landing pages
Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics
Working knowledge of ad serving tools
Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
