Grow Your Staff is looking for a Webinar Specialist for a UK based global event company. The position is a full-time remote position.The role offers excellent growth opportunities and a chance to work directly with global teams across the UK, EU, and US markets.Experience required : 1-2 yearsCTC : 5-8 LPA + CommissionsLocation : RemoteTime : 1 PM to 10 PM (Monday - Friday)Type of employment- Full-timeResponsibilitiesCoordinating and supporting speakers, internal stakeholders, and client-facing teams to ensure smooth webinar executionManaging end-to-end webinar production, including scheduling, tech checks, rehearsals, live delivery, and post-event workflowsHosting or moderating webinars as required, including managing Q&A sessions and audience engagementEditing and finalizing webinar recordings for on-demand use using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar toolsTracking event metrics, compiling reports, and analyzing performance to optimize future sessionsCollaborating with marketing, strategy, and production teams to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverablesShadowing senior webinar managers during onboarding and progressively taking ownership of 4–5 webinars per monthEnsuring high-quality delivery across diverse industries and time zones (EU, UK, and US markets)Adapting quickly to changing event needs, maintaining professionalism and attention to detail under tight deadlinesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Communications, Media, Marketing, or a related field1–2 years of experience producing webinars or virtual eventsStrong command of the English language (verbal and written)Proficiency in Zoom Webinars; familiarity with ON24 is an advantageExperience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent)Excellent communication, coordination, and time-management skillsAbility to work across multiple time zones and manage concurrent projectsA proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative mindset with a “figure it out and get it done” attitude
