The job description is as follows:- Manage and optimize the calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.- Coordinate and handle incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Senior Director.- Prepare, proofread, and edit high-quality documents, presentations, reports, and internal/external communications.- Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documentation with utmost discretion.- Plan and coordinate team meetings, events, and cross-functional engagements.- Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.- Serve as a liaison between the Corporate Affairs office and internal/external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.- Arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries, including visa processing, transportation, and accommodation logistics.- Facilitate smooth communication between executive leadership and various departments, employees, and partners.- Contribute to cross-functional projects and special assignments as delegated by the Senior Director.Years of Experience:- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role, preferably within a corporate or fast-paced environment.Qualifications:- Master’s degree preferred; bachelor’s degree required.- proven ability to manage sensitive information with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook); familiarity with collaboration tools such as Zoom, Teams, and project management tools is a plus.
