KeyResponsibilities:

  • Take charge of the sales process fromqualified lead to deal closure ensuring a high conversion rate andcustomer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact forpotential clients understanding their needs and offering tailoredCloudLabs solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with keydecisionmakers within target organizations to secure new businessand expand revenue.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and productteams to refine sales strategies and product offerings based onmarket feedback.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans toachieve sales targets and expand the customerbase.
  • Provide timely and detailed reports on salesactivities pipeline and forecast to the leadershipteam.
  • Hiretrain and lead a team of highperforming SDRs and Account Executivesas the company grows.
  • Upskilling on CloudLabs and be the productexpert lead customer presentationetc.

Requirements
  • 5 years of proven B2B SaaS/EdTech/CloudServices sales closing experiencewith a strong record of closingdeals and meeting or exceeding salestargets.
  • Successful track record of planning androlling out GTM strategies in relevantindustry.
  • Well versed with Cloud industry ecosystemaround learning and upskilling and thetrends
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skillswith the ability to manage complex salescycles.
  • Ability to collaborate with seamlesslycrossfunctional teams including inside sales product marketinggrowth customer success andproduct.
  • Outstanding verbal and presentationskills
  • Strong operational and analyticalabilities. Metric driven comfortable in working with data to drawand share insights withstakeholders.
