We are looking for an experienced Application Admin and Lead to oversee administration, adoption, and support across collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and visual platforms like LucidChart and Vizzlo.

Also Leads intranet and productivity tools, enabling employee experience. Ensures system alignment, governance, tool adoption Interact Intranet, Adobe Suite, Airtable, Glean, Calendly, Figma, Grammarly, Whiteboarding tools n, and collaboration with HR and communications teams

This role will be responsible for managing escalations, ensuring optimal configuration, supporting transitions, and promoting enterprise-wide adoption of digital workplace solutions.

Job Description / Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead administration, optimization, and adoption of enterprise collaboration, productivity, and intranet platforms (e.g., Interact Intranet, Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Adobe Suite, Airtable, Figma, Glean, Grammarly, LucidChart, Vizzlo, Calendly, Whiteboarding tools).
  • Manage platform transitions, including stakeholder onboarding, knowledge transfer, and planning.
  • Configure and administer user provisioning, workflows, permissions, content structures, workspace hierarchies, and integrations.
  • Monitor platform usage, adoption metrics, and drive tool optimization, best practices, and continuous improvements.
  • Maintain and update admin documentation, SOPs, onboarding guides, and internal knowledge bases.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, manage escalations with vendors, and ensure timely resolution as per SLAs.
  • Enforce governance: contributor guidelines, playbooks, archiving, naming conventions, and compliance policies.
  • Conduct end-user training, run adoption campaigns, and support enterprise-wide platform rollouts.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, Internal Communications, PMO, and vendors to align platform usage with business needs.

Experience:

  • Strong understanding of configuring access controls, permissions, custom workflows, and security settings.
  • Skilled in preparing, managing, and updating admin documentation and SOPs.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, vendor coordination, stakeholder engagement, and team training skills.
