Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for the Head of Sponsorship. The Head of Sponsorship will be responsible for developing and executing sponsorship strategies, identifying and securing sponsorship opportunities, managing sponsorship sales, and maintaining relationships with key sponsors. The role will also involve creating and delivering compelling presentations to potential sponsors, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful sponsorship activations.

Qualifications

  • Sponsorship Sales and Sponsorship experience
  • Strong Communication and Presentation skills
  • Proven Sales skills and a track record of meeting targets
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the events or B2B industry is a plus
