Provisioning of user accounts, licensing, roles and permission across business systems and monitoring our usage ensuring we do not exceed our license allocations.Own the issue management process for business systems as directed by the Salesforce Platform Lead. Managing support requests from inception, triage, allocation and resolution. Be the point of contact and communication for issues escalated both internally and to our partners ensuring end users are updated regularly.Develop/maintain new Lightning components and APEX codesSupport Sales teams with Sales Cloud set up and managementSupport the control and quality of the data within assigned business systemsSetup and develop dashboards and reports as required within business systemsIdentify suitable system enhancements and feed them into the tracking and prioritization process, advocate on behalf of usersParticipate in User Acceptance Testing, executing tests, feeding back results and advocating the customer experience.Develop and maintain documentation on Avance business processes and system architecture.Work with cross functional teams to gather requirements, write user stories and advocate prioritization of user storiesSupport the Salesforce Platform Lead in training and development of Avance employeesSupport the Salesforce Platform Lead in development and maintenance of user documentationMay be required to work in US EDT time zoneQualifications, Skills and Experience5 years experience working in Certinia and SalesforceCertified Salesforce Administrator, PSA System Administrator (at minimum)Experience working within and building out an Agile system development frameworkPrior experience in supporting or leading systems implementationsPossess excellent interpersonal and communication skillsCan build and maintain positive relationships with management and peersAbility to work independently or in a cross functional team environmentsDisplay strong analytical and problem-solving skillsplease send your CV to
