Core Responsibilities:
Provisioning of user accounts, licensing, roles and permission across business systems and monitoring our usage ensuring we do not exceed our license allocations.
Own the issue management process for business systems as directed by the Salesforce Platform Lead. Managing support requests from inception, triage, allocation and resolution. Be the point of contact and communication for issues escalated both internally and to our partners ensuring end users are updated regularly.
Develop/maintain new Lightning components and APEX codes
Support Sales teams with Sales Cloud set up and management
Support the control and quality of the data within assigned business systems
Setup and develop dashboards and reports as required within business systems
Identify suitable system enhancements and feed them into the tracking and prioritization process, advocate on behalf of users
Participate in User Acceptance Testing, executing tests, feeding back results and advocating the customer experience.
Develop and maintain documentation on Avance business processes and system architecture.
Work with cross functional teams to gather requirements, write user stories and advocate prioritization of user stories
Support the Salesforce Platform Lead in training and development of Avance employees
Support the Salesforce Platform Lead in development and maintenance of user documentation
May be required to work in US EDT time zone
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
5 years experience working in Certinia and Salesforce
Certified Salesforce Administrator, PSA System Administrator (at minimum)
Experience working within and building out an Agile system development framework
Prior experience in supporting or leading systems implementations
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Can build and maintain positive relationships with management and peers
Ability to work independently or in a cross functional team environments
Display strong analytical and problem-solving skills
