Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer (CCTV Engineer). The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for CCTV systems. They will also handle customer support and service related to CCTV systems.
The job description is as follows:Responsible for the installation, service, and maintenance of CCTV, access control, and security systems.Providing a quality installation methodically and efficiently, including the ability to digest detailed scopes of work and working drawings,Client training and demonstration of systems to explain their workings and functionality.Perform software updates and firmware upgrades as needed.Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues with CCTV equipment and components.Basic understanding of both networking cables, including fiber and CAT6,This role involves working with surveillance equipment, ensuring proper functionality, and providing technical support to clients.Network Integration: Integrate CCTV systems with the organization's network infrastructure.Maintain accurate records of CCTV system configurations, installations, and maintenance activities.Communicate with third-party vendors for cable laying and other installation-related work.
