Job Purpose

  1. Digital partner reconciliation on the monthly basis review and Follow-up with all partners for unsettled transactions or regularly ensure to checks & control adhered for Operational Debtors following point:

2. Audit - Statutory and Internal Audit: Consolidation of debtors and Operational debtors schedules will be preparing on the quarterly report including Provisions.

  1. Bank charges schedules will be preparing on the quarterly basis

  2. Bank position updating on weekly/monthly basis and Cash Flow of projection at monthly basis.

  3. Take up with bank and escalation cases as per matrix for CMS related issue and resolved on the priority basis with the discussion site accountant.

  4. Preparation of new auto Reconciliation workflow in alteryx.

Role & responsibilities

  1. Regularly ensure to checks & control adhered for digital partner reconciliation and follow-up with all partners to unsettled amount and query of TDS reimbursement and .TCS deducted amount booking on LOC code and proper GL code / Reconciliation with Return report.

A). F& B charges Invoice processed Check all the Tax related compliance.

B). TCS deducted amount booking on LOC code and proper GL code / Reconciliation with Return report

2. Reconciliation is the process of ensuring that two sets of records link( Navision Vs digital partner or Data warehouse VS Payment settlement report on the basis of transaction value

3. TDS reimbursement follow up with partner.

4. MDR charges Invoice processed check all the Tax related compliance. (TDS and GST).

5. SPI cinemas: reconcile transactions in the settlement report from a digital pattern for the period.
