Position Overview: We are seeking a results-driven and strategic-minded Business Development Executive / Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in business development within the staffing and recruiting industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth, expand our client base, and contribute to the continued success and growth of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and engage with potential clients to establish and cultivate new business relationships. Utilize a combination of networking, prospecting, and lead-generation techniques to expand the company's client base.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and objectives. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, key stakeholders, and industry partners. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their staffing and recruiting needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services and solutions to prospective clients.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including recruiting, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional client experience. Leverage cross-functional resources and expertise to address client needs and exceed expectations.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform business strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation. Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on market dynamics and client feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management within the staffing and recruiting industry.
- Strong understanding of staffing and recruiting processes, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective business development plans.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
