Job Overview Reliance Retail is seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader Sales for our locations in Davangere, Raichur, Kottayam, Ernakulam, and Palakkad district. As a mid-level position, the role requires a minimum of 4 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will oversee sales operations, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and fostering strong customer relationships. This is a full-time role demanding excellent proficiency in Salesforce, CRM software, and B2B Sales within the FMCG sector. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience of at least 4 years in sales management within the retail or FMCG industry. Proficient in using Salesforce and CRM software to manage sales activities and customer interactions effectively. Strong team management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team. Exceptional negotiation skills to facilitate agreements that align with company objectives and consumer needs. Sound understanding of customer relationship management principles to build and maintain lasting customer relations. Extensive knowledge and experience in B2B sales processes and strategies, ensuring effective market penetration. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and effective interactions. Must possess experience in store sales strategy implementation and performance measurement to drive results. Roles and Responsibilities Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives across designated locations. Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company goals and objectives. Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to the team. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively seeking to acquire new business opportunities. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Monitor team performance, providing coaching and feedback to maximize productivity and efficiency. Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures to maintain integrity and consistency across operations. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and promote brand presence.
