Role summary

This role is central to success assuranceensuring customer success, profitability, and growth through purposeful project/account management. The consultant BA/PM will bridge business and technology, aligning customer goals with implementation strategy, and managing delivery with precision and empathy.

Key responsibilities

  • Customer purpose understanding: Engage deeply with stakeholders to understand drivers, objectives, and context.
  • Requirements lifecycle management: Lead elicitation, documentation, and traceability of requirements using BABOK and PMI-aligned practices.
  • Project planning & monitoring: Define milestones, buffer time, and resource alignment to ensure timely delivery.
  • Solution evaluation: Assess outcomes against customer-defined success criteria—functional, experiential, and economic.
  • Stakeholder management: Build trust through transparency, proactive communication, and relationship-building.
  • Persona-based use cases: Develop use cases with measurable outcomes and track progress at the use-case level.

Technical & process skills

  • Exposure to .NET, SQL, and API integrations is a plus.
  • Understanding of BRD, SOW, and KPI frameworks.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and iterative design approaches.
