Business Analyst/Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst / Project Manager with 3+ years of experience to lead end-to-end software project delivery. The ideal candidate will be skilled in gathering business requirements, managing stakeholders, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions on time.

Key Responsibilities :


- Gather, analyze, and document client requirements through meetings, interviews, and workshops.

- Create user stories, wireframes, process flow diagrams, and BRDs/FRDs.

- Plan and manage projects using Agile or hybrid methodologies.

- Prepare and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

- Coordinate with development, QA, and design teams to ensure project alignment with client expectations.

- Conduct sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Manage scope, risks, and changes effectively during project execution.

- Facilitate UAT, manage feedback, and ensure smooth deployment and handover.

- Maintain clear and proactive communication with internal stakeholders and clients.

Required Skills :


- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Project Management.

- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum frameworks.

- Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, and wireframing tools.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred :


- Exposure to ERP, eCommerce, or CRM platforms.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, Magento, or similar systems.

- Certification in Scrum, PMP, or Business Analysis is a plus.
