Business Development Associate

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Experience : 2-5 years of experience in business development within the staffing and recruitment industry.
Position Overview:
The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, with a focus on getting empaneled with clients for providing recruitment services. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the staffing and recruitment industry, with a proven track record of business development. Exposure to Middle East and European clients is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients and build a robust pipeline of business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.Empanelment: Work towards getting empaneled with leading companies to provide recruitment services.Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities in the staffing and recruitment industry.Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of partnering with Srisaioverseas Recruitments.Negotiation: Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, ensuring mutual benefits and long-term partnerships.Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.Reporting: Track and report on business development activities, providing insights and recommendations to improve strategies and outcomes.
Skills:
Strong sales and negotiation skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attributes:High level of motivation and a results-driven approach.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.Preferred: Exposure to working with clients in the Middle East and Europe.
