Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Talent Sourcing Expert located in New Delhi. The Junior Talent Sourcing Expert will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting potential candidates by following an efficient and strategic recruitment process. Key responsibilities will include identifying talent through various channels, maintaining and updating the recruitment database, and communicating effectively with potential candidates to match them with suitable roles. Additionally, the individual will assist in contract negotiations and ensure that procurements align with hiring needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating candidates and recruitment data
  • Excellent Communication skills for engaging with potential candidates and team members
  • Experience in Recruiting and Procurement processes
  • Ability to handle Contract Negotiation
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • Relevant experience in a similar role is a plus
  • 6 months - 1 year of experience.
