The Global Procurement team at Talent Worx is looking for a skilled Procurement Expert to join our innovative group. In this role, you will lead procurement efforts across various categories, focusing on strategy development, supplier relationship management, and driving cost efficiencies. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring that our procurement processes align with business objectives and deliver tangible results.

As a Procurement Expert, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their unique needs, formulate sourcing strategies, and facilitate the implementation of best practices across the organization. You will have the opportunity to influence supplier selection, negotiate contracts, and establish performance metrics to evaluate supplier effectiveness.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead procurement processes from strategy formulation to execution.
  • Develop and implement purchasing strategies that drive cost savings and operational efficiencies.
  • Manage supplier negotiations, contracts, and relationships to ensure optimal pricing and quality.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and monitor industry trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a clear understanding of procurement requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management within a global organization.
  • Expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with procurement tools and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
