Job Summary:


We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Intern to support our efforts in driving business growth and building strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a keen interest in market research, and a proactive attitude. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, client engagement, and business strategy within a fast-growing technology environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients, industries, and opportunities for business growth.
  • Client Outreach: Initiate and manage communication with prospects through email, phone calls, and meetings to build a pipeline of potential partnerships.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitor strategies to provide insights that inform business decisions.
  • Proposal Development: Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and business pitches for clients and stakeholders.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster trust and collaboration.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and up-to-date information about leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and other teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities, including lead conversion rates and market insights.


Qualifications:


  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Previous internship experience in business development or sales is a plus but not mandatory.


Work Environment:


This role is on-site at our Gurugram office. Interns will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact directly with clients and stakeholders.
