Business Development Executive

Market Research: Analyzing global markets to identify opportunities for expansion.
Client Acquisition: Developing strategies to attract and engage potential international clients or partners.
Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with international clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Strategic Planning: Creating and implementing business development plans to achieve growth targets.
Networking: Attending international events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the organization.
Proposal Development: Writing and presenting proposals to potential clients or partners.
Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, sales, and other departments to align strategies and achieve goals.
Reporting: Monitoring and reporting on business development activities and outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the recruitment industry, preferably with a focus on international markets.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Understanding of global hiring trends and cultural dynamics.
