Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to drive business growth in the healthcare infrastructure & automation sector. The role involves field sales, client relationship management, and market expansion in solutions such as Operation Theatres, Medical Gas Pipeline Systems, and Pneumatic Tube Systems.
Compensation:-
Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience) + incentives

Key Responsibilities:-
Conduct field visits to generate leads and close sales.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned region.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Deliver product presentations & demonstrations to potential clients.
Monitor competitor activities, gather market insights, and share reports with management.
Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates.
Requirements:-
Graduate in Business/Commerce/Science (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
3–6+ years of proven field sales experience (healthcare/medical sales preferred).
Knowledge of Operation Theatres, Medical Gas Pipeline Systems, Pneumatic Tube Systems is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
