Sales and Business Development Lead in Healthcare Infrastructure
We are seeking a results-driven Business Growth Strategist to spearhead our expansion initiatives within the healthcare sector, focusing on infrastructure development and automation solutions.
Job Description:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share in the healthcare industry.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare infrastructure, deep understanding of client needs, and proven expertise in closing complex deals involving Operation Theatres, Medical Gas Pipeline Systems, and Pneumatic Tube Systems.
Main Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
- Sales Cycle Optimization: Streamline the sales process from initial engagement to contract closure, ensuring efficient delivery of products and services.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams and product specialists to tailor solutions and support client presentations and demonstrations.
Requirements:
- At least 36 years of experience in field sales or business development in healthcare or medical infrastructure sales.
- In-depth knowledge of Operation Theatres, Medical Gas Pipeline Systems, Pneumatic Tube Systems, and healthcare automation.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters or Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Certification in sales, marketing, or business administration.
- Demonstrated success in leading sales teams or managing large-scale projects.
