Key Responsibilities

  • Dealer Network Expansion: Identify and onboard new dealers in strategic locations to enhance market presence.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess dealer performance metrics, providing guidance to meet sales and service targets.
  • Training & Development: Organize training sessions to ensure dealers are well-versed in product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, informing dealer development strategies.
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure all dealers adhere to company policies, operational guidelines, and branding standards.
  • Team Handling

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is advantageous.
  • Experience: 8-13 years in dealer development or sales management, preferably within the automobile or electric vehicle industry.
