About Spyne :At Spyne, we are transforming how cars are marketed and sold with cutting-edge Generative AI.What started as a bold ideausing AI-powered visuals to help auto dealers sell faster onlinehas now evolved into a full-fledged, AI-first automotive retail ecosystem.Backed by $16M in Series A funding from Accel, Vertex Ventures, and other top investors, were scaling at breakneck speed:- Launched industry-first AI-powered Image, Video & 360 solutions for Automotive dealers- Launching Gen AI powered Automotive Retail Suite to power Inventory, Marketing, CRM for dealers- Onboarded 1500+ dealers across US, EU and other key markets in the past 2 years of launch- Gearing up to onboard 10K+ dealers across global market of 200K+ dealers- 150+ members team with near equal split on R&D and GTMWhat are we looking for ?Were hiring a Product Manager to lead the development of AI-first applications powered by LLMs and intelligent agents.This role is central to our strategybuilding cutting-edge conversational agents, automation tools, and AI-driven solutions for automotive dealers and buyers.Youll work closely with Engineering, AI/ML, Design, and GTM teams to launch products that power Spynes growth from $5M to $20M+ ARR.From concept to adoption, youll own the full product lifecycle and help define the future of automotive retail.What will you do ?- Product Strategy & Vision Define and execute the roadmap for LLM-powered applications and AI agents, aligning with market trends and user needs.- AI Innovation Drive cutting-edge applications like chatbots, decision-support systems, and task automation.- Research & Experimentation Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to fine-tune and deploy LLMs for real-world use cases.- AI Agent Development Build context-aware AI agents that integrate seamlessly into user workflows.- User Experience & Adoption Convert user pain points into intuitive, AI-driven solutions with explainable outputs.- Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with Engineering, Data Science, and Design teams to prototype and scale LLM-based features.- Performance Metrics Define and track KPIs such as accuracy, response time, and user engagement.- Continuous Optimization Enhance AI model efficiency and user satisfaction through iterative improvements.- GTM Strategy & Execution - Craft the launch strategy with marketing, sales, and customer success.- Drive beta adoption, pricing pilots, and success metrics tracking.What you must have ?- 3-4 years of product management experience in AI, SaaS, or data-driven products.- Proven experience building or scaling LLM-powered applications (GPT, Claude, etc.- Strong familiarity with fine-tuning, prompt engineering, context management, and model evaluation.- Ability to communicate AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- Hands-on experience with Figma, Jira, and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face).- Data-driven mindset with a strong grasp of AI product metrics.- Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.Youll Thrive Here If You :- Have 3-4 years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, automotive tech, or AI-first platforms.- Have built and scaled 0-to-1 or 1-to-10 products.- Bonus if in a global/B2B context.- Understand the power of GenAI/Computer Vision and have worked closely with ML teams.- Think in systems and execute with urgency.- Can ruthlessly prioritize, and are obsessive about user workflows and business impact.
