Job Overview:

Zecway Studio LLP is seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Recruiter to join our staffing and immigration recruitment team at our Bangalore office. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting top IT talent from the Indian market to fill technical positions for our USA-based clients. You will manage the full recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviewing and overseeing immigration processes, such as H-1B visas and other work authorizations. You will work closely with our USA-based teams and must be willing to align your schedule with Pacific Standard Time (PST).


Key Responsibilities:
  1. End-to-End Recruitment:
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for various technical roles (e.g., software engineers, data analysts, system architects) targeting the USA market.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct comprehensive screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  1. Immigration & Visa Processing:
  • Collaborate with our immigration team and legal partners to handle visa sponsorships, including H-1B, L-1, TN, and other employment-based visa categories.
  • Support candidates in collecting and submitting required documentation for visa applications.
  • Stay updated on USA immigration policies and regulations to ensure compliance in international hiring.
  1. Client & Candidate Management:
  • Work closely with USA clients to understand job requirements, priorities, and project timelines.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive onboarding experience.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and candidates to promote long-term professional partnerships.
  1. Market Research & Strategy:
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about trends in the IT staffing industry.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies specific to the USA job market.
  • Maintain a pipeline of pre-qualified candidates to quickly respond to client needs.
  1. Data Management & Reporting:
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, interview feedback, and immigration status.
  • Prepare weekly recruitment reports for USA management, tracking metrics such as hiring timelines, candidate flow, and immigration processing.


Required Qualifications:
  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • At least 3 years of IT recruitment experience, preferably with USA clients.
  • Experience in staffing and immigration-related recruitment processes, including working with H-1B and other employment visas.
  • Proven experience in working in or aligning with USA time zones, particularly PST.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed, and GitHub.
  • Knowledge of USA IT market demands and trends.
  • Other Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management skills.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Understanding of USA employment laws, labor regulations, and compliance, particularly in the IT sector.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with remote teams.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining strong team collaboration.


Work Environment & Schedule:
  • This is an onsite position based in Bangalore, India, with working hours aligned to USA Pacific Standard Time (PST). Flexibility to work non-standard hours to meet recruitment and immigration deadlines is essential.
  • A high-speed internet connection and a suitable workspace are required to facilitate seamless communication with USA clients and candidates.
