**Job Description: IT Recruiter**

**Job Overview**: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. As an entry-level IT Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top IT talent to meet our company's growing needs. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment while developing your recruiting skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Reporting**: Assist in generating recruitment reports and metrics to track progress and effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- **Skills**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- **Tech Savvy**: Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies is advantageous but not required.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- **Team Player**: Willingness to work collaboratively and learn from experienced team members.
