We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented ITES Recruiter with a strong background in the BFSI domain and experience in contract staffing. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top talent in the ITES sector, specifically within the BFSI industry. Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: End-to-end recruitment for contract positions within the BFSI domain, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and referrals to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs and provide suitable candidates within the required time frame.
  • Candidate Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on the latest trends in the BFSI domain and contract staffing to ensure a competitive edge in recruitment strategies.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on recruitment activities, including metrics and insights, to the recruitment manager.


Key Requirements

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in ITES recruitment, with a focus on the BFSI domain and contract staffing.
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of the BFSI industry and the specific skill sets required for various roles within this domain.
  • Recruitment Skills: Proven experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in contract roles.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job portals, and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
  • Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Location: Candidate must be based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore.
  • Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
