Performance Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You will play a key role in driving user acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through paid media, SEO/SEM, social advertising, and conversion optimization strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital channels.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to improve ROI.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure campaign assets are aligned with brand and performance goals.
- Manage and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Track, report, and present campaign insights to stakeholders with actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance advertising.
- Manage budgets and forecast campaign spend and performance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹150, ₹200,000.00 per month
