Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Specialist . The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement. The role involves conducting market research, analyzing marketing data, and optimizing marketing campaigns. Daily tasks include collaborating with the sales and customer service teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and providing insightful reports on marketing performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy development
  • Experience in Sales and understanding of sales processes
  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret marketing data
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms
  • Excellent team collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Previous experience in performance marketing or a similar role is preferred
