- Responsible for recruiting and training new agents/PoSPs for Motor, Non-Motor and health Insurance vertical.
- Getting premium amount from various PoSPs and providing a best service.
- Guiding, Motivating & educating PoSPs in different line of business.
Desired Skills :
- Should be able to take responsibility of monthly numbers and deliver the same.
- Understand and align with the company's policies.
- Maintain highest level of business hygiene.
- Maintain good relationship with clients as well as insurance companies.
