Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Lead to join our team. As theOperations Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution ofresidential interior design projects. Your primary responsibilities will include managing a teamof Project Managers and Site Supervisors, ensuring project timelines are met, andguaranteeing an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:● Lead and manage a team of Project Managers and Site Supervisors.● Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and professional growth.Project Management:● Oversee the end-to-end execution of residential interior design projects.● Collaborate with the design team, warehouse, sourcing, and production teams to ensure seamless project flow.● Conduct regular project reviews to identify and address any issues or delays.Coordination and Communication:● Foster effective communication and collaboration between different teams involved in the project life cycle.● Act as a liaison between the project team and other departments to streamline processes and resolve issues promptly.Timely Delivery:● Develop and implement strategies to achieve on-time project handovers.● Proactively identify potential delays and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines.Quality Assurance:● Ensure adherence to quality standards in project execution.● Implement quality control measures to deliver impeccable design solutions to our clients.Customer Experience:● Prioritize and enhance the overall customer experience throughout the project life cycle.● Address customer concerns promptly and implement improvements based on feedback.

Qualifications:● Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.● Proven experience in project management, preferably in the residential interior design or construction industry.● Strong leadership and team management skills.● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.● Problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.● Knowledge of interior design processes and materials is a plus.
