Job Description

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Vision: Collections Digitisation- Managing entire IT suite for Collections. Auto-allocation, Automated Bidding module, Servicing Mobile App, Collections LOS, FOS Mobile App, Collections LMS, Repo/Settlement automation etc. Develop and articulate a clear product vision aligned with the company's strategic goals in the collections and debt recovery space. Drive the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements to meet the evolving needs of clients and industry regulations. Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a cross-functional product team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and a customer-centric mindset. Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members. Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to implementation, ensuring timely delivery of features and improvements. Collaborate with engineering, design, and data analytics teams to bring innovative solutions to market. User Experience and Compliance: Champion a user-centric approach to design, focusing on creating intuitive and efficient workflows for clients in the collections and debt recovery industry. Collaborate closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure the platform adheres to industry regulations and data security standards. Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics and customer feedback to make informed product decisions, drive continuous improvement, and measure the success of product initiatives. Market Analysis and Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies related to collections and debt recovery. Utilize market insights to identify opportunities for product differentiation and enhancements. Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product updates, performance metrics, and future plans to internal teams and external stakeholders. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop positioning and messaging strategies.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior product management role within the collections, debt recovery, or financial technology sector. Strong understanding of collections and debt recovery processes, compliance requirements, and industry best practices. Demonstrated success in developing and launching products that address specific industry challenges. Experience of building Saas platforms is desirable. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA) is a plus.
