About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. The role involves handling a wide range of HR responsibilities including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in HR policies and practices, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be capable of managing multiple HR functions independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support payroll processing and attendance management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Drive employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
  • Assist with performance appraisal cycles and training initiatives.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related queries.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
