Public Relations Manager (Full Time)

Onsite: Greater Kailash2, New Delhi

We are seeking a talented and energetic PR Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand image and communication strategies.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Media Relations:

  • Drive high-impact news coverage through compelling stories, interviews, and other formats.
  • Build and nurture relationships with media personnel to secure brand features and collaborations.
  • Ensure positive and consistent media coverage.
  • Organize media briefings and company presentations.
  • Monitor industry trends, news coverage, and competitor activity to refine PR strategies.

Press Materials:

  • Develop press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to generate positive brand coverage.
  • Create content for byline articles, backgrounders, FAQs, and routine communications.

Collaboration:

  • Foster collaborations with brands that align with ours to enhance brand visibility and value.
  • Organize and promote brand events, pop-ups, and exhibitions in Delhi and other key markets.

Crisis Management:

  • Assist in managing public perception during crises with clear, concise, and proactive communication.

Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Track media coverage, analyze PR performance metrics, and provide detailed reports to assess campaign success.

Visual Communication:

  • Collaborate with design teams to create merchandise and café marketing materials, enhancing the customer experience.
  • Assist in visual merchandising for brand stores and partner outlets to ensure consistent branding.


PROSPECTIVE CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in public relations, and media relations within the F&B, café and restaurant, hospitality, or premium product sectors.
  • Proven experience in creating content that develops strong, sophisticated brand identities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent storytelling ability.
  • Familiarity with PR tools, media databases, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with self-driven delivery.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Passion for media, branding, and public engagement.
  • Equipment: Personal laptop and smartphone required.
