Role & Responsibilities Strategic PR Campaigns: Develop and execute innovative public relations strategies that enhance brand visibility and market positioning. Media Relations Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets to secure and grow media coverage across traditional and digital channels. Content Creation: Oversee the production of all PR content, including press releases, speeches, and public statements, ensuring they align with the brand’s voice. Crisis Management: Prepare and implement response strategies for handling crises or negative press situations to protect the brand image. Event Management: Plan and manage events such as press conferences, interviews, and public appearances to boost brand presence and engagement. Monitoring and Reporting: Track the effectiveness of PR campaigns and media coverage, providing detailed reports with analysis and recommendations. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the point of contact for all public relations matters, advising senior management on communication tactics and public sentiment. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of PR professionals, setting clear goals and fostering a collaborative team environment. Budget Management: Manage the PR budget, ensuring efficient use of resources to maximize the impact of all public relations activities. Influencer Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with influencers and thought leaders to amplify the brand’s reach and credibility. Preferred Candidate Profile Proven PR Expertise: Extensive experience in public relations, media relations, or corporate communications, preferably in the travel industry. Strong Media Connections: Established network of contacts within the media industry. Exceptional Writing and Editing Skills: Ability to craft clear, compelling, and grammatically flawless communication materials. Crisis Management Skills: Experienced in managing PR crises effectively, with a calm and strategic approach. Event Planning Experience: Skilled in organizing and managing large-scale events and press engagements. Analytical Abilities: Proficiency in using tools to monitor PR outcomes and media coverage. Leadership Qualities: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Budgeting Skills: Experience managing budgets with a track record of optimizing resources for best results.
