Description
Bonito is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. You will work closely with our project teams to understand client needs and expectations, and you will serve as the main point of contact for our clients throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and a proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships in the interior firm.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Collaborate with project teams to understand client needs and expectations, and develop strategies to meet them.
Proactively identify and resolve client issues and concerns in a timely manner.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide updates on the progress of projects.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the onboarding.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer relationship management in the interior / real estate firm.
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
Convincing skills.
