Job Title: Performance Marketer / Chief Digital Marketer
Location: Lalghati, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Experience Required: 4+ Years in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing
Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA (Depending on profile & experience)
About the Company
It is a leading healthcare brand focusing on innovative healthcare and wellness products. We are looking for a Performance Marketer / Chief Digital Marketer who can build and scale our digital presence, drive ROI-driven campaigns, and handle multi-channel marketing strategies across eCommerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other performance marketing platforms.
Manage Shopify & other eCommerce platforms to ensure smooth customer journey & sales optimization.
Develop and execute digital strategy for new product launches in the healthcare segment.
Handle and optimize annual marketing budgets (25–30 LPA+) for maximum ROI.
Track, measure, and report performance of campaigns with focus on ROI, CPL, CAC, and revenue growth.
Explore and implement innovative growth marketing tactics.
Collaborate with creative, sales, and product teams to ensure impactful digital campaigns.
Requirements
Minimum 4+ years of experience in performance marketing / digital marketing (healthcare/eCommerce preferred).
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopify, SEO/SEM, Retargeting, and Analytics tools.
Proven track record of handling large budgets (25–30 LPA yearly) and driving profitable ROI.
Deep understanding of digital marketing funnels, consumer psychology, and conversion optimization.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
