We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms. The role requires expertise in Meta advertisements, funnel optimization, pixel implementation, and analytics to maximize ROI and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.).
* Manage *op-funnel to bottom-funnel campaigns including awareness, consideration, and conversion strategies.
* Implement and monitor Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and tracking tools to ensure accurate performance measurement.
* Conduct **A/B testing** on creatives, audiences, and placements to identify winning strategies.
* Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
* Collaborate with design and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives.
* Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve CPC, CTR, CPL, and ROAS targets.
* Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm updates, and digital marketing best practices.
* Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI.
Requirements & Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in **Marketing, Business, or related field**.
* 2–5 years of proven experience in **performance marketing** (agency or brand side).
* Strong expertise in **Meta Ads Manager** and knowledge of other paid platforms.
* Hands-on experience with **Pixel setup, conversion tracking, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, etc.)**.
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in **Excel/Google Sheets** for data analysis.
* Knowledge of **funnel-based marketing strategies** and audience segmentation.
