We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager - Finance and EXIM Operations to join our team. This role is crucial in managing the documentation, coordination, and communication aspects of our import-export activities. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in import-export documentation, exceptional organizational skills, and strong communication abilities, contributing to the smooth and efficient flow of goods across international borders.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Import-Export Documentation Expertise: Possess advanced knowledge and proficiency in import-export documentation processes and regulations. Ensure all documentation is accurately completed and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Proactive Coordination: Lead the coordination of import-export activities with a proactive approach. Oversee commodity financing, coordinate with bankers, customs officials, and related parties to ensure seamless transactions and timely delivery of goods.

  • Data Organization: Establish and maintain systems to organize, track, and manage import-export data effectively. Ensure data and records are pristinely organized for efficient operations and easy access.

  • Effective Communication: Engage in clear and professional communication via email, phone, and in-person meetings with banks, companies, customs officials, and other stakeholders. Convey information accurately and promptly to facilitate smooth operations.

  • Soft Skills: Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, decisiveness in communication, the ability to build positive relationships, and adept conflict resolution skills to ensure smooth interactions with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in import-export documentation.

  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in both verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.

  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and effectively prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.

  • Fundamental soft skills necessary for fostering effective communication and collaboration.
