**Key Responsibilities**:

- Import-Export Documentation Expertise: Possess advanced knowledge and proficiency in import-export documentation processes and regulations. Ensure all documentation is accurately completed and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
- Proactive Coordination: Lead the coordination of import-export activities with a proactive approach. Oversee commodity financing, coordinate with bankers, customs officials, and related parties to ensure seamless transactions and timely delivery of goods.
- Data Organization: Establish and maintain systems to organize, track, and manage import-export data effectively. Ensure data and records are pristinely organized for efficient operations and easy access.
- Soft Skills: Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, decisiveness in communication, the ability to build positive relationships, and adept conflict resolution skills to ensure smooth interactions with internal and external stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in import-export documentation.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in both verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and effectively prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Fundamental soft skills necessary for fostering effective communication and collaboration.
